It's been a minute since we've had some new Fashawn to share with the Winner's Circle as he's been hibernating in the studio lately working on an album and a new mixtape, Champagne & Styrofoam Cups, which will drop sometime in March with a 45 minute mini-movie to go with it.

Today 68,000 viewers and counting have learned something that many of us have known for quite some time...Mac Lethal can rap really fucking fast. Mac ups the ante here though by simultaneously making pancakes and creates a Lonely Island worthy hook in "I'm Cooking Pancakes". He completely spazzes at the 1:20 mark.
G.O.O.D. Music's resident ATLien drops some fresh visuals from his Royal Flush mixtape. Is this dude gonna put out an album or what?
Astonish & Scheme pay tribute to the D.I.T.C. classic "The Enemy" featuring BIG L & Fat Joe produced by DJ Premier. Living Comfortable is a new track of the upcoming release "The AstonishinglyODD Project" due 12/13/11. Scheme's "Life That I Chose" e.p. will be available 12/6/11. Both projects will be available on iTunes & free download.
Action Bronson lives in the apartment he’s lived in his whole life, at the southern edge of Flushing, Queens. Before he started rapping, Bronson dropped out of Bayside High School and cooked at his father’s still-open Mediterranean restaurant in Forest Hills, which specializes in Albanian dishes like Jani me Fasule, a white bean stew. Also a culinary school dropout, Bronson is a passionate chef, freestyling insane, flavor-piling recipes that reconcile what he calls the “peasant” food of his childhood with what he’s encountered out in the world. On a rainy day this week, he welcomed us into his home and showed us how to re-imagine Thanksgiving leftovers as sliders, or “total fuckery on a plate.” Above, watch Bronson make a masterpiece between two layers of cheddar corn muffin with cold macaroni, gravy, corned beef and more, and learn how to roast a marshmallow with a chopstick and no flame.
Pusha T just made my day by unexpectedly dropping this Play Cloths Holiday 2011 mixtape which coincides with Play Cloths' recent holiday collection. With all new music and tons of cool features I'm gonna let the tracklist and download link speak for themselves on this one.

While we wait for his BBC presented project Breaking Point, Emilio Rojas goes in over Drake & Rozay's instrumental to hold us over. Make no mistake Emilio's been putting out stellar mixtapes for years but the level he's at now to is on some other shit he bodies this track.

Miami emcee QuESt and Brazilian production group Mt Eden are back at it again continuing the story from their previous song "Still Alive (Where I Have To Go)". QuESt's upcoming Fear Not Failure is slated for a first quarter 2012 release.
Here's an Alchemist produced bonus cut from P & Havoc's new Black Cocaine EP. From now on any great outing by a rapper will be referred to as "Water Boarding" the track. Props to OS.

Here's some HQ footage of The Throne performing their anthem "N-bombs In Paris" at last night's 2011 Victoria Secret Fashion Show. Hov & Jeezy's tour lands in New Orleans this Saturday if anyone has an extra ticket holler at ya boy!
Winner's Circle, meet Bryant Dope, an 18-year-old determined to put himself on the map while restoring the reputation of Queens to what it once was when guys like Nas, Rakim, Cormega & LL were coming up. For the video Bryant stays local and gives you a glimpse into the life of him and his fellow "Queens Kids".

Inglewood's Skeme is back with the follow-up mixtape to one of the most slept on projects of the year The Statement. I'm listening to this as we speak and from what I've heard so far this is another solid outing from The Duke.
Download: Skeme - Before My Next Statement (Mixtape)
Caspa Narkz is "Fresher Than A Motherfucker!!!" New York City is the city of big dreams. We are trendsetters, we are money-getters, and we are hip-hop. Caspa Narkz shows the audience his "fresh" skills on the mic. For this song, he takes a different approach visually. Caspa feels that in most instances, less is more, so in this video, he keeps it simple and delivers a message. Can you figure it out?
The time has come for Juicy J to finally unleash his anticipated mixtape Blue Dream & Lean, hosted by MMG's DJ Scream. The tape boasts production and features from Lex Luger, Harry Fraud, Drumma Boy Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, Casey Veggies, Kreayshawn, Project Pat and more. Roll your weed, pour your drink and as the saying goes...We Trippy Mane!!
Download: Juicy J - Blue Dream & Lean (Mixtape)
The Kid Daytona grabs Bronsollini and producer 6th Sense for this Caribbean inspired burner off his sequel project, The Interlude 2, which drops December 19th. Bronson has been everywhere lately he's featured in the new Rolling Stone and appeared on Anthony Bourdain's new show 'The Layover' last night.
Download: The Kid Daytona - Ivory Coast Crime Scene f. Action Bronson
ScHoolBoy is back with his second new video of the day. The rapper slows down the tempo a little on this one but the distinct flow and potent rhymes are still in effect. HABITS & Contradictions is shaping up to be a problem!
Drake's hit single with a contagious beat gets the CA treatment with YG, Uncle Snoop & Neighborhood Nipsey contributing verses. If you haven't read Big Ghost's Take Care review yet I highly recommend you do so.

Violence And Drugs Only recently sat down with my favorite radio interview The Breakfast Club on NY's Power 105.1 to chop it up about Slime Flu 2, Cam'ron's noticeable absence from the project, issues with labels and The Source, the upcoming album, Killa Season 2 and more.
Watch This Epic News Segment on 'Tower Defense & Aerospace' Workers Drinking and Smoking Weed (Video)
Ok this might be the single greatest news segment I've ever seen and is a MUST WATCH. Basically the employees of 'Tower Defense & Aerospace' spend their lunch breaks drinking brown-bagged 40's and smoking copious amounts of weed right in the company's parking lot...out in the open...on camera. The hilarious clips shown are mostly of dudes rolling, passing and smoking blunts and/or of guys sipping their drinks without a worry in the world. The interviews are classic and the news reporter even feels the need to define what a blunt is since he says the word so much in this piece. This is local news at it's absolute finest...well played Detroit.
Hypnotized Minds and the Coke Boyz link up to elaborate on the saying that you haven't made it till you have haters. Juicy J's new mixtape Blue Dream & Lean drops later on today!

North Carolina collective Kooley High drops this eccentric new video for this song about thinking highly of yourself which will appear on their upcoming album David Thompson which can be pre-ordered here.
TDE's ScHoolBoy Q just released some trippy visuals for my favorite song of his and the song I'd play for my friends who had never heard of Q before. HABITS & Contradictions is on the way.
Chicago's JDP gets experimental with this one as he unveils his take on Skrillex's "Krack". This is a much different vibe from what we normally hear from JDP but it's cool to see him going outside his comfort zone and remaking an electronic track. Look out for more music and visuals from the Chi-Town emcee coming soon.
Download: JDP - The Rage
This is fucking dope don't sleep on Maffew...
Shot live on location at The Source Magazines New York City office. Maffew took it upon himself to totally murder this freestyle and at the same time pay homage to the legacy of The Source Mag's Unsigned Hype endorsement.
I'm no Rick Ross stan but I give credit where it's due and he clearly sees the importance of providing high-quality visuals with bikini-clad eye candy these days resulting in this big budget video that could be mistaken for a seen in 'Bad Boys 2'. But in the name of all that's holy will someone put a shirt on Rozay.
Tris J, whose name should be familiar from his killer guest verse on Sir Michael's "Too Short Back", just dropped his new single and links up with Mikey once again along with Taylor Gang's Cardo on the beat. Props to FSD and Tris' upcoming project is definitely one we're looking out for.
Download: Tris J - Rack Up f. Sir Michael Rocks (prod. Cardo)
Over a cinematic backdrop from French producer Justin Bieburr (great name), Warner Robins, GA's Khalif Da Menace adds his brand of hard-hitting country rap and the result is a certified banger. This song is a great introduction to Khalif's music and you can expect to see more of him around these parts in the future. Spotted at DGB.
Download: Khalif Da Menace - Drankin' Out The Bottle
The Money Team Mob Boss decided he was done playing games and puts it all on the table for Mr Pac Man to gobble up. Skip to around the 6:45 mark if you don't enjoy hearing Money talk like I do haha.
Inglewood, CA's Skeme put out an impressive, largely overlooked project The Statement earlier this year and tomorrow will release his next project Before My Next Statement to keep his name fresh heading into 2012. Skeme has a raspy, snarl of a flow that makes his punchlines hit harder and he has the rapper persona/swagger down pat.
EatDatPussy445, who TSS ingeniously dubbed Sherman Klump, is back with another ten-plus minute rant about the underachieving Philadelphia Eagles. Being a PA native and Eagles fan myself I love watching this guy call out those who need to be called out but really anyone can enjoy this video the shit this guy says and the way he says it is comedy at it's finest. I think Andy Reid, in a desperate attempt to save his face and job, needs to bring EatDatPussy in to give the struggling team an Al Pacino in Any Given Sunday-esque motivational speech.

With little to no promotion Bobby Ray delivers his newest mixtape, EPIC, to remind us that despite being off the radar lately he's still one of the best doing it. The features on this tape are stellar and include Eminem, Lil Tunechi, Bun B, T.I.,

Juicy J (who claims he's Taylor Gang now?) links up with the general Wiz Khalifa for the sequel to their previous stoner anthem. Pt. 2 will live on Juicy's new mixtape that drops tomorrow, Blue Dream & Lean, We Trippy Mane!!
Download: Juicy J - Stoners Night Pt. 2 f. Wiz Khalifa
Fool's Gold emcee Danny Brown taps A$AP Rocky (?) to direct the video for this dark and twisted track from The Adderall Admiral and the result is a pretty dope especially that Tiger jacket Danny's rocking.
Newark native and Taylor Gang affiliate Neako is steady releasing new music and media this is how you build a buzz people. Here, he kind of tests out the flow we hear from Drake a lot but still keeps it extra spacey as we've come to expect from him. And for what it's worth Com Truise = best producer name of the day.
Download: Neako - Left, Down, Right, Up
I really like the sample TrakkSounds flipped on this one and Pill spits one of the better verses we've heard from him in a minute. I guess this is what we can expect from the rest of TrakkSounds & Thafixx's Intervention compilation tape which is supposed to drop tomorrow.
Download: Pill, I-20 & Killa Kyleon - King Hustler
Pete Rock is one of the greatest producers of all time and the beat playing at the beginning "T.R.O.Y." is probably my single favorite beat ever. That being said it's always cool to get into the mind of a living legend and as he answers these "21 Questions" we get to do just that.
The good people at Mac Media Promo sent me track from North Carolina's Joshua Gunn, the newest signee to MC Lyte's DuBose Music Group. This track is a good introduction to Josh because it's clear he's got skill and potential and with Lyte's guidance the sky is the limit for him. "Golden Age" will appear on Gunn's debut mixtape Faithful Struggle which looks to come out in early 2012.

I don't normally like posting videos of live performances because of the sound and/or visual quality but this right here is some documentary caliber, crystal clear footage of The Throne performing one of their best collabs "Run This Town" in Montreal. For more HQ footage from the show head to jayzkanyewestvideo.
Here's a posse cut extraordinaire from the new Ruff Ryders album Past, Present, Future which is available now on iTunes. Props to X.

Short of Drake and Ace Hood, Bronx & Diplomat's Hell Rell might be subject to more online slander than any rapper ever. Hell Rell is definitely a character but I think the disses are unwarranted because despite everything you may say about him the music is undeniably great in the guilty pleasure, vintage 50 Cent wave. The reason this music isn't more popular these days is the same reason I don't think Slim The Mobster has a chance, because the masses are not checking for this type of rap anymore. It's sad but that is the reality and I'm grateful for people like Big Ghost for bringing the “softness” of the game to our attention. That being said, this new tape is ski-mask, Teflon vest music at it's finest as Ruger Rell goes in over original production as well as some of your favorite beats. I can't speak for anywhere else but right now it's a surprisingly overcast, rainy day in New Orleans I think it's safe to say The Black Could is upon us.
Download: Hell Rell - The Black Cloud (Mixtape)
Sacramento's own Chuuwee drops some fresh visuals for this soulful, introspective track from his latest offering Watching The Throne. Between his flow, voice & content there's something about the way this kid puts rhymes together that makes me want to keep listening.
Winner's Circle, meet Bryant Dope, an 18-year-old determined to put himself on the map while restoring the reputation of Queens to what it once was when guys like Nas, Rakim, Cormega & LL were coming up. With artwork paying tribute to Illmatic and production from Hannibal King, this is a Queensbridge affair from head to toe and the song is better off for it. Look out for the "Queens Kids" video on Tuesday and a new mixtape to drop soon after.

R&B sensation The Weeknd drops a lengthy but quite dope visual for his track "The Knowing". Shot in "2D Jankyvision", the overall concept of this video is original and might go over a few heads but in a world where we're used to seeing nothing but rappers standing in front of rented out material things, I'm okay with that.
Mr. Folarin undoubtedly knows his ish when it comes to the great history of Sports and proves so in this track rightfully named after my home teams greatest contribution to the game of football.
For this week's installment of #ThugThursday Slim Thugga recruits two of Houston's premier up and comers for this dedication to O.C.D. levels of swag. If you missed it make sure to dl Le$' new project Settle 4 Le$ Vol. 2 that dropped the other night.

ATL's Aleon Craft is taking his unique brand of self-proclaimed "Solar Hop" to the next level with a collaborative effort with none other than George fucking Clinton. The video itself shows footage from Occupy Wall St, Iraq War, Oil Leak off the Gulf Coast, Japan's Nuclear Explosion in Fukushima, Haiti after the Earthquake, Stock Market Crash of 2008 and Gaddafi's Murder. Mothership: The Decatur Connection is slated for a December 20th release.
Mothership: The Decatur Connection is a collaborative project between funk legend, George Clinton, and creative, hip-hop/funk artist, Aleon Craft. Mothership: The Decatur Connection is a musical creation consisting of elements from... Aleon Craft’s Mothership Decatur, The Parliament’s catalog - including, Mothership Connection - and original recordings from both Aleon Craft and George Clinton. Paul Forrest & Justin Padron, SMKA-affiliates, are the chief producers behind the project and were tasked with taking all of the pieces from Craft and Clinton and creating something unique that reflected their style and vision. H-Town's Killa Kyleon rocks over The Kitten Whisperer's "Lord Knows" instrumental with some visuals to take it to the next level.
We haven't been treated to trippy viral from Juicy J in a minute but this six minutes of sheer absurdity more than makes up for the brief hiatus. Juicy's Blue Dream & Lean is set to drop November 28th.
The 21 year old Miami MC QuESt, & Brazillian Dubstep production group Mt.Eden team up once again for another song that also won't make the cut for QuESt's upcoming Fear Not Failure. QuESt showcases his skills over Mt Edens fast pace high energy cut, and makes an incredible impact, showing lyrically he is definitely no joke. With a RT Co-sign from Lupe Fiasco last week of QuESt's "The Blur", people should definitely be on the look out for more music & content coming from the promising MC. QuESt's Fear Not Failure due out the first quarter of 2012.
Prodigy and Havoc stopped by the Sway In The Morning show to take part in their Live Concert Series and performed their classics "Shook Ones" and "Quiet Storm". Black Cocaine EP drops on Black Friday.
I'm not a big fan of this song but the fact that Snoop Dogg is playing a high schooler in this movie is the most ignorantly genius thing I've ever heard. Mac + Devin Go To High School is out December 13th.
Houston representative and Boss Hogg Outlaw Le$ already has a couple classic mixtapes under his belt with The Beautiful Struggle and Settle 4 Le$. Scotty just let this track loose that was recorded during the sessions for his breakout mixtape Summer Dreams. Even though the song didn't make the project's final cut it's still some grade-A country rap tunes with potent verses from Scotty & KD and a Pimp C sample from DJ Burn One whose on quite a run right now with his new label 5 Points Music Group and having his name on the cover of Spin Magazine.

The Fader and Vitamin Water Uncapped caught up with Danny Brown in his native Detroit and got an all-access look into the life of the up and coming rapper...
Danny Brown takes us to his childhood Detroit home, bringing back mixed nostalgic feelings: “I went to jail on this block, I got beat up on this block, I met girls on this block.” Brown sounds happy to have moved away, but he’s not afraid to reflect. Here’s a look at how he has turned his past life—and his new—into humor and great, honest music.

Jon Connor is ready to take his career to the next level with his highly anticipated new tape Vinnie Chase: Season 2 which drops December 12th. After releasing some stellar tracks that didn't even make the cut it's now clear why as this first leak from the project is straight fire. I'm still waiting on a Connor/Jackie Moon collab though.

Here's the latest leak from Hasan's upcoming EP Music Is My Weapon dropping December 6th...
The concept behind Hasan Salaam's EP "Music Is My Weapon" is the belief that music can be used as a powerful tool in the pursuit of freedom, justice, and equality. With the release of the project, Hasan is aiming to prove that music can change people's lives, literally. All profits from the sale of the EP will be used to fund a school, clean water well, and medical clinic in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa. In November 2010, Hasan became the first U.S hip hop artist to ever perform in Bissau. On the same trip he worked with the young artists, taught creative writing to the youth, and headlined a concert to promote freedom of speech. The "Music Is My Weapon" project is the next step, in an effort to provide change to a country that remains one of the poorest and least politically stable in the world.

Producer/Rappers Alchemist & Oh No are back with a new album Vodka & Ayahuaska, slated for a January 24th release via Decon Records. I don't know what's more impressive here the beat, artwork or Prodigy's feature.
Chi-Town's JDP has been putting out quality music on a very consistent basis lately and doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon. This new track, named after one of my favorite liquors, may or may not be featured on JDP's upcoming EP so your gonna want to add it to the archives now just in case.
Download: JDP - Crown Royal (prod. Rich Skillz)
Gangsta Gibbs' manger Arch Bonkers let the cat out of the bag last week that the rumored Gibbs x Madlib collab was not only true but they had an EP and album in the works. This right here is the first leak from MadGibbs and the Thuggin' EP (just copped!) can now be purchased here. Props to FSD.
At this point, until Earl's return (if he's not back already) Domo Genesis might just be my favorite rapper in the Wolf Gang. He makes laid back music to get high to and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that especially when it's with Taylor Gang producer Cardo on the beat!
Download: Domo Genesis - IDGAF (prod. Cardo)
Production crew The Colleagues just released this one from the vault that was supposed to be on Boosie & B.G.'s collab album which due to circumstances we're all aware of never materialized. Spotted at DGB and as always Free Boosie!

Now that Smoke DZA is officially a member of Jet Life Recordings it was only fitting the JETS in-house collabs would start rolling (pun intended). You can still catch both these guys on The Smoker's Club Tour which is going on for a couple more weeks.

My friend Jimmy aka the Winner's Circle's trusted Youtube guru sent me this video over the weekend of the Original Gangster dismantling his allegedly beat-beyond-repair Macbook Pro. There's something oddly entertaining watching Ice-T destroying the computer layer by layer, all the while spilling quotable after quotable (although he seems to know a lot about computers based on how he names each piece before bashing it with a hammer). I hope you enjoy this as much as I did and Jim has already sent me enough virals for the week so get ready for more ancient and new Youtube gems daily!
If Noreaga ever gets sick of rapping and wants to continue making money he should definitely pursue a career in comedy because the first minute of sheer hilarity might be the best part of the whole video. The music (which is good) doesn't come on until around the three minute mark but if this is a preview of what's to come in Noreaga's upcoming movie & album S.U.P.E.R.T.H.U.G. then both should be thoroughly enjoyable. Spotted at 57th Ave.
Termanology and Ea$y Money have come together with The DJBooth to bring listeners their collaborative street release, the S.T.R.E.E.T. mixtape. Their first project together since the early 2000s, when the emcees (then high-school classmates) launched their careers as members of hip-hop crew St Da Squad, the tape features 14 original records from the one-time partners-in-rhyme. Produced entirely by Lee Bannon, S.T.R.E.E.T. features guest appearances by Fred The Godson, REKS, Kali, and the entire St Da Squad crew (Term, Ea$y, Hectic, Artisin, Ghetto, Superstah Snuk, Clip, Stalion and DJ Deadeye).

Here's the first visuals from Yung Nate and our friend El Prez's upcoming collab project #FreeMusic. Everything about this is song/video is upbeat and good vibes which should help you get through this Monday morning.
Charmingly Ghetto, the Boston native, erupted onto the Hip Hop community with his acclaimed release through RubyHornet.com, Overstanding. The project, produced by Introspective Minds (Atlanta), displayed a raw talent paired with a mature outlook of his surroundings. Building off the tremendous success and global feedback from this first EP, Charmingly Ghetto is endeavoring to take his lyrical insights on the human condition to the next level. The result is a project of global scale, Study A’Broad. Collaborating with producers from numerous countries around the world, Study Abroad is the realization of CG’s goal to express his art to a worldwide audience through the powerful connectivity of the internet. Like the project itself, the message expressed by Charmingly Ghetto is meant for a universal audience, addressing timeless issues affecting societies across the globe.

My friend Jimmy is a certified Youtube guru / connoisseur and has always been ten steps ahead when it comes to discovering the most entertaining and ridiculous viral videos this here internet has to offer.
