"Here's my first song for 2012 entitled The Cotton Club...Produced By the homie Kurser and features JAYVINE...Props to everyone that supports" - K. Sparks
Former battler Iron Solomon is about to release his debut album, Monster, on March 27th and enlists Talib Kweli for the first leak off the project. Solomon, who co-produced the beat, delivers with his verse but as expected Talib comes through and totally steals the scene.
In celebration of Crown Royal Black's partnership with Big Boi, cameras went behind the scenes to document Big Boi during his tour in Europe to capture moments of his life and career that showcase his definition of "The Crown Life." The short film lets audiences into Big Boi's life as he performed at Glastonbury in England and at Hove Festival in Norway, as well as a day off in Budapest, Hungary.
The film is directed by Jacob Lincoln for Greenpoint Pictures.
Cosmic Kev is holding it down for PA by consistently getting rising stars and esteemed veterans to drop freestyles on his radio show. He also has the most outrageous ad-libs in the biz.
Download: Snoop Dogg - Cosmic Kev Freestyle
Bonus: Common - Cosmic Kev Freestyle
Emilio Rojas already has several album quality mixtapes under his belt and this new one, presented by Green Lantern & Billionaire Boys Club is no different. No rapper features here but big name production from the likes of J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, The Olympiks, WillPower & more.
Download: Emilio Rojas - Breaking Point (Mixtape)
Figueroa Street...meet ScHoolBoy Q. A$AP Ty Beats is a fool for this beat.
Yelawolf recently stopped by the LA Leakers headquarters and spit a freestyle over "Rack City" that may be better than anything on Radioactive. Make no mistake this is some Trunk Muzik shit right here.
Download: Yelawolf - Rack City Freestyle
It's no secret that Action Bronson is one of my favorite rappers these days and Well Done, produced entirely by Statik Selektah, was nothing short of amazing. Hearing that the two have already reunited is the best news I heard all day and have another project New Jack City: Chopped And Screwed on the way!
Download: Action Bronson - Strictly Business, Pt. 1 & 2 (prod. Statik Selektah)
Rockie Fresh has established himself as one of the most exciting up and comers in Chicago and this new mixtape is about to put him on the map nationwide. This guy's got a style that's all his own and is definitely worth checking out.
Download: Rockie Fresh - Driving 88 (Mixtape)
Philly's Gilbere Forte has been putting out for quality mixtapes for years and just dropped off his new project out of thin air. YOTD gets the Terry Urban co-sign and includes features from Pusha T, Jim Jones, Lloyd Banks, Freeway and more.
Download: Gilbere Forte - YOTD: Year Of The Dragon (Mixtape)
Cleveland native and early Kid Cudi collaborator Chip Tha Ripper returns with his new mixtape Tell Ya Friends. Chip's already build a solid fanbase through word of mouth/social networking but he's look to expand his network this year. So whether it be a friendly suggestion or a soundtrack for your next smoke ride/session go put someone new onto the music. The tape boasts some
Download: Chip Tha Ripper - Tell Ya Friends (Mixtape)
Louisiana native Joe Cool is relatively new to the scene but literally everything we've heard from him so far has been straight fire. Cooley Hi was one of my most anticipated projects heading into 2012 and it definitely lives up to the hype. Nowadays to only have two guest features and produce nearly your entire project is ambitious to say the least but Joe is one of those rare talents that make it work with ease. This tape comes highly recommended so stream, download & spread the good word!
Download: Joe Cool - Cooley Hi (Mixtape)
Wow, this might the rawest video I've seen since "Trap Goin' Ham". Nothing is off limits here whether it be robbery at gunpoint, cooking and consuming drugs or just a jaw dropping array of guns in each scene. "Thuggin" is off Gangsta Gibbs and producer Madlib's collab EP which you can cop now for only $5.94 here.
While his fellow TDE/Black Hippy members Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar & now SchoolBoy Q have all gotten some sort of widespread recognition, Ab-Soul's been releasing wildly ambitious projects on the low for a minute. Keeping with tradition this year should be Ab's for the taking and if he keeps releasing songs like this it shouldn't be too difficult at all.
Download: Ab-Soul - Black Lip Bastard
Neighborhood Nipsey left the neighborhood and went to Japan and made sure to catch a bunch of footage from the trip and put a nice set of visuals together. This track is off Nip's latest project, The Marathon Continues.
Jumpoff Joey links up with Canada's finest and trade verses over some masterfully crafted production with live instruments and everything. Slaughterhouse's sophomore album drops in April.
Term & Ea$y Money's collab S.T.R.E.E.T. is one of the most slept on projects of 2011 and hopefully this posse-cut style video with Artisin and one of my favorite emcees REKS will remind people what they may have missed.
Bobby replaces Tunechi with Tip and The Snowman for the remix to "Strange Clouds" and needless to say I like this version more. I'd also like to know how many speakers this song blew out today.
Download: B.o.B - Strange Clouds (Remix) f. T.I. & Young Jeezy
For this leak off Chip's upcoming Tell Ya Friends project, the Cleveland emcee switches up to a slightly more aggressive flow in order to properly rock this Lex Luger production...that artwork is priceless.
Download: Chip Tha Ripper - Out Here (prod. Lex Luger)
Ever since I heard "Drankin' Out The Bottle" from Warner Robbins, GA native Khalif Da Menace I knew this kid could very well be at the forefront of Southern hip hop in the next few years. Before that can happen though, Khalif is ready to put in the Groundwork to take his career to the next level and let me tell you this project is a damn good start. Stream, download, enjoy & spread the word!
Sine the release of his breakout tape Will I.E. The Example A.P. hasn't let more than a couple days go by without dropping a new song or video. That trend continues today with the first leak off the Jersey native's new project Free Will dropping February 1st.
The pride and joy of Flint, MI continues his campaign to convince you to download his awesome new mixtape Season 2 by dismantling the "Lord Knows" beat.. I gotta be honest there aren't too many new school rappers that can fuck with Connor right now.
Download: Jon Connor - Go Get Season 2 Pt. 2
Here we go with some unreleased Dom circa 2009 which is around the time he was dropping classic tapes like Best After Bobby and FutureStreet/DrugSounds. Dom has been too quiet lately we need some new music!
Download: Dom Kennedy - Why The Hell Not [Unreleased]
Yela and Kid Rock take it from Alabama to New York in this major video for the second single off Radioactive. I'm certainly no Kid Rock stan but this is actually one of the only bearable chorus' on the whole album in my opinion.
Everything we've seen and heard from Joe Cool thus far has been beautiful music and this might be my favorite one yet. At gunpoint, the Louisiana native drops jewels over another masterful beat crafted by the man himself. Cooley Hi drops January 19th!
Naledge and Willie The Kid release this track along with news that the two have a collab project in the works. That's certainly something to look forward to and we'll keep you updated as more details surface.
Download: Naledge & Willie The Kid - State Of The Union
There's no denying that Gangsta Gibbs is killing the game right now he destroys every track he appears on. This one's off Ski's 24 Hour Karate School out now.
Brother Ali goes in over Common's "Sweet" instrumental...is it an Action Bronson diss?
Its well known that I’m top 5 dead or alive in the kitchen. Squash the beef and get you a piece. Mourning in America and Dreaming in Color coming soon.
Download: Brother Ali - Sweet (Potato Pie)
While One Fan At A Time is still getting spins on the regular, Hollywood Floss has a new project, The Legend Begins, coming out later this month and here's a new song featuring John Dew to get us ready.
Download: Hollywood Floss - American Dream f. John Dew
This is one of the coolest collaborations of 2011 and resulted in a great song that I listened to constantly when it first dropped this summer.
This is one of those collabs that I knew was gonna be post-worthy before I even listened to it. Over some slamming production Cleveland's Ray Cash does his thing but as we've seen
Download: Ray Cash - Work f. Freddie Gibbs
Speaking of tragic turns to careers it's been a brutal couple years for the former G-Unit rapper. Now he too is putting the past behind him and looking forward with his upcoming mixtape Live Loyal Die Rich dropping January 24th. We Trippy Mane!!
Download: Young Buck - Brand New f. Juicy J
To say Pill had a tough end to 2011 would be the understatement of the end of 2011. It's still not clear at this point whether or not Pill is or has ever been officially apart of Maybach Music Group despite every indication that he was. Amidst the turmoil, Pill moves forward with the visuals to one of my favorite tracks off The Diagnosis.
Since his new album God Forgives, I Don't got pushed back the Bawse thought he'd hold the fans over by dropping a mixtape with all new material and a bunch of heavy hitter features to cap it off.
Download: Rick Ross - Rich Forever (Mixtape)
Now this is just ridiculous. The homie A.P. drops yet another track while Will I.E. The Example is still fresh in rotation. To top it off the Jersey native has announced he'll be dropping a brand new mixtape February 1st to keep the momentum going.
Bronsollini and Statik Selektah's Well Done is amazing and has been on constant repeat since it dropped, particularly "Not Enough Words" & "The Rainman". Action isn't slowing down at all after his breakout year and has Blue Chips dropping in February which will be entirely produced by Party Supplies.
Download: Action Bronson - Contemporary Man (prod. Party Supplies)
Yesterday The Ghost went in over Frank Ocean's "Swim Good" beat, today he drops jewels over the Just Blaze produced "Exhibit A" to prepare us for the original material Just and Styles have coming.
Download: Styles P - Ghostblaze
It's always dope to see rappers perform with The Roots on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and last night was truly something special as Talib and
2 Chainz & Tip link up to film a video for the remix to Tity's smash hit "Spend It" which is the only song of his I ever really listened to. If you've been in hiding or in a coma make sure to check out The King's new mixtape "F*ck Da City Up".
The Rosenthal brothers are back at it again and apparently have taken their talents to MTV. As usual this is comedy as Eric & Jeff chop it up with Common about a variety of topics including how much of a "vile gangster" rapper he is smh.
This may be a cliche title, but believe me there's nothing tacky about this burner from SmCity and fellow DMV Phil Ade and Diamond District member Oddisee. Needless to say I'm digging this song and I'll be checking out SmCity's The Indie Life: Hate, Love & Money when it drops on the 12th.
Download: SmCity - Mr. IDGAF f. Oddisee & Phil Ade
The good people at DGB premiered the first single from iNDEED's (Ricky Fontaine & Walt Live of Burn One's 5 Points Music Group) upcoming self titled EP. The beat contains the same sample Rza flipped on Wu-Tang's "Tearz" and shows why Burn One is one of the most exciting producers in the game these days.
Download: iNDEED - Black Tears (prod. DJ Burn One)
Toronto's Tona is set to start the new year off right with this banger featuring Torae and my favorite female emcee Eternia after hearing her verse on "Dear Lord".
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Just had to get that out of the way now, and take a little time to thank everybody for your continued support over the past few years in anything I’ve been involved in, or just recognizing what this movement is truly about. On that note…this song below will explain the state of mind we’re in over here for 2012. REFORM SCHOOL MIXTAPE COMING IN FEB…TONA
Download: Tona - Happy New Year f. Torae & Eternia
My fellow Top Flight member Pope Gambino (@3Stacks_Pope) hooks up with Ant Live out of his camp to bring that straight heat rock New York artists are known for and then some. Be on the outlook for 3DubsEnt's upcoming mixtape entitled "C.R.E.A.M" vol. 1 which will undoubtedly make the Winners Circle if this is what they continue to bring us.

D. TALL (@DTALLMUSIC) "CLOSE TO YOU" IS THE OFFICIAL LEAD SINGLE OFF HIS MOST ANTICIPATED PROJECT "BLUE SKIES & YELLOW TAPE" DROPPIN THIS SPRING. D. TALL IS AN ARTIST BASED OUT OF DALLAS, TX. I'VE HAD THE CHANCE TO MEET AND SPIN A SET FOR THE HOMIE AND HE DEFINITELY DEMANDS ATTENTION ON THE STAGE! I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING MORE IN THE FUTURE.

A.P. hasn't slowed down a bit since the release of Will I.E. The Example, here's what he had to say...
"This video really represents me as an individual. Yea I rap, but this recording process is my only way express the the things that means the most to me. This record and the direction behind this piece is a personal take on how I get up every day and why I refuse to take a short. Hope you understand my perspective."
Warner Robbins, GA native Khalif Da Menace was first introduced to the Winner's Circle a month ago when he dropped the banger "Drankin' Out The Bottle". It's the start of the new year and Khalif returns with this new song to get us ready for his anticipated upcoming project, Groundwork, coming soon.
I want to start my first post on WinnersCircleEnt.com by saying Happy New Year to u! I wish u nothing but dopeness in the year 2012. As the only DJ to post on this site don't fault me for the shameless self-promotion, thus my first post....so here u go!

Killa slightly alters Hov's American Gangster instrumental and goes in over it with his signature flow. T.R.I.L.L. is said to be dropping sometime in February.
Looks like the A$AP general isn't resting on last year's success and comes out of the gate strong with this SpaceGhostPurp produced burner (possibly named after Mos Def's alter ego?)...
Some new wave to start the year off right. A$AP Mob album coming in february. Call us on a yacht 10 years from now we’ll still be on top.
Download: ASAP Rocky - Pretty Flacko (prod. SpaceGhostPurp)
A lot of big name mixtapes dropped today but if you want to hear a talented up and coming duo with a throwback hip hop vibe look no further than this tape from Brockton, MA's Notoriety. These guys have been making a lot of noise the past year in the Boston underground circuit and today they present their anticipated newest offering with an epic title and a coveted Rapper Big Pooh feature to go with it. This is hip hop people give good music a chance.
Download: Notoriety - Road Trippin', Kool-Aid Sippin', Chicken, Beef Patties, And Herb (Mixtape)
It's been an interesting couple years for Tip. Now in 2012 he looks to put all that bs behind him and get back to making the music that made him the King of the South. The snippet's that leaked have all been fire and it appears that the long lost T.I. has found his way again. So without further ado here's the new mixtape F*ck Da City Up with features from Jeezy, B.o.B, Nelly, Too Short, Pusha T and more.
Download: T.I. - F*ck Da City Up (Mixtape)
While everyone can't wait to hear the new Tip mixtape and see if he's still got it this was the New Years project I was most looking forward to. Like most of the Wu-Tang members, time hasn't seemed to effect The Chef because he's still putting out music so raw even people that like sushi are scared to fuck with it. With features and production from 9th Wonder, Scram Jones, Statik Selektah, JD Era, LEP Bogus Boys, Mobb Deep, CL Smooth, CNN and more this is a star-studded affair to start 2012 off on the right note.
Download: Raekwon - Unexpected Victory (Mixtape)
It's no secret that Chuck Inglish is one of the freshest and most sought after producers in the game and as a New Years gift to the fans he decided to let loose a 20 song beat tape fo free. This is my new go-to soundtrack for impromptu freestyle sessions.
Download: Chuck Inglish - Working (Beat Tape)
