Martin $ky & Vic Spencer - Daily Chiefer$

It's no wonder why producer Fortified Sounds chose this as the single for his upcoming mixtape Break Beats, Blunts & Breakfast Burritos dropping sometime next month. Both Chicago emcees will be sure to have their names buzzing after crushing this soulful beat. Shouts to FSD for putting me onto this jam.

Hollywood FLOSS - Break It Down f. STS & Rob Jay

Over a crazy futuristic boom-bap beat (never said that before) Hollywood FLOSS, Rob Jay and the elusive but brilliant STS "Break It Down" in the single off FLOSS' upcoming Grumpy Young Men EP. FLOSS really found his groove on this track hopefully the EP will help get him the nationwide attention he deserves.

Fiend - Know What Is Like (prod. Cookin Soul)

This smooth joint is one of the best tracks I've heard from Fiend in a while and the jazzy backdrop from Cookin Soul certainly didn't hurt. Look out for the new mixtape Lil Guetto Boy dropping sooner than later.

Problem - My Last Molly Song Ever, I Promise f. Gunplay & Trinidad Jame$

Who better to join Problem for the farewell of his molly rapping career than all drug connoisseur Gunplay and molly's newest spokesman Trinidad Jame$. As you'd expect this song is sheer ignorance in the best way possible. Problem's The Separation is on the way.

Emilio Rojas - Sympathy For The Devil II (Diablo)

It's been a minute since we heard a song like this from Emilio as he delivers a sequel to the powerful "Sympathy For The Devil" off his stellar project The Natural. The Roc City native's forthcoming No Shame...No Regrets is coming soon.

ST 2 Lettaz - Crown (prod. Block Beattaz)

It was clear that G-Side's ST 2 Lettaz is coming for the crown when he dropped the song/video "Trillmatic" from his anticipated solo effort The G...Growth And Development dropping February 19th. To hold us over the Huntsville, AL native shares this Block Beattaz produced heater that won't be appearing on the album.

Skeme - Coming 4 Da Money

Soundz & DJ Orator provide a perfect backdrop for Skeme's raspy, nimble flow and fly lyrics and the result is an absolute banger. "Coming 4 Da Money" will appear on The Duke's forthcoming mixtape Inglewood which is set to drop March 7th.

Jon Connor - Triumph Freestyle

The pride and joy of Flint, MI already took the "Fuckin Problems" and "Ignorant Shit" instrumentals to the slaughterhouse this month. Now The People's Rapper puts his lyricism and versatile flow on display as he makes this vintage Wu-Tang beat his own. Shout out to Suss One for making this happen as part of his new weekly freestyle series.

Astro - He Fell Off (Video)

Brooklyn native Astro aka The Astronomical Kid released a video for "He Fell Off," the first release from his upcoming mixtape Deadbeats & Lazy Lyrics.  This kid may only be 16 but he's got more talent than I've seen in a lot of rappers gaining notoriety these days.  The production of the song and video is ill.  It really showcases his particular style and tells you what he's all about. I expect to see some big things from Astro, and I'm definitely looking forward to his mixtape release on February 18th.

Ro Ransom - Yamato

The artist formerly known as Nero rips Tunechi's infamous "Gossip" beat to shreds as he separates himself from the pack and states his case for why he's better than today's popular rappers. I hope Ro can bring us consistent music this year the sky is the limit for this New Yorker.

Fizzyology - Hustler's Ringtone f. Bun B (Video)

Lil Fame & Termanology aka Fizzyology link up with Bun B to kick it and hit a Pats game while they were all in Massachusetts. This track appeared on the newly formed rap duo's self titled album which is not to be slept on.

Pusha T - Wrath Of Caine (Mixtape)

Pusha T has a big 2013 planned starting with his highly anticipated mixtape Wrath Of Caine. The tape contains a star studded lineup of features and production from Rozay, French Montana, Wale, Troy Ave, The Neptunes, Jake One, !llmind, B!nk, Young Chop, Harry Fraud and more. Stream, download and stay tuned for the younger brother Thornton's album My Name Is Name dropping later on this year.

Download: Pusha T - Wrath Of Caine (Mixtape)

Bryant Dope - QB (prod. Hannibal King)

Queens emcee Bryant Dope has always had a throwback vibe to him similar to Joey Bada$$ and combined with some awesome Hannibal King production listening to "QB" is like stepping in a time machine. If the rapper/producer duo's upcoming project New New York is full of music like this we could be dealing with something really special.

Jelly Roll - Guess Who's Back (Video)

"Levi denims, 45 in em/
Got rid of 50 years in 45 minutes"

Nashville veteran Jelly Roll filmed some visuals for the single off his new album The Big Sal Story which is out now.

Mar Reynolds - Emergence See f. Triiifecta (prod. Key Nyata)

Along with some crisp artwork, 19 year old Mar Reynolds of Charlotte, NC crew Cloud Vision and Triiifecta of SkyU put their skill set's on full dispay in "Emergence See" as they trade verses about life over some real smooth production from Raider Klan's own Key Nyata. I dare you to listen to this track without nodding your head uncontrollably.

S.T. 2 Lettaz - Trillmatic (Video)

Good news for 2 Lettaz fans he's got a new album on the way and if this Block Beattaz produced leak/video is any indication this is gonna be a breakout solo project for the member of acclaimed rap duo G-Side. The Huntsville, Alabama native's The G...The Growth and Development drops February 19th.

Lute - Queen City Slummin f. Ry (prod. J. Dilla)

This is the first I've heard from Charlotte, NC's Lute and Ry but I think they're about to make a lot of noise with this proper tribute to the late, great J. Dilla. The simplicity of the video enhances every aspect of the track and you can bet we'll looking out for these guys in the future.

SL Jones - Trapper's Delight (EP)

Atlanta by way of Little Rock, AR emcee SL Jones had a big 2012 putting out two great projects in Flight Risk & Paraphernalia with DJ Burn One. Now he looks to keep the wave going with this anticipated EP produced entirely by the infamous M16. No features to be found here this one's all Jonesy.

Download: SL Jones - Trapper's Delight (EP)

Skyzoo - Spike Lee Was My Hero f. Talib Kweli (Video)

One of my favorite songs from Skyzoo's A Dream Deferred gets the visual treatment with Talib as well as a cameo from Spike Lee himself. With these two on a track you know there's gonna be some top-notch lyricism on display.

Cello Figaro - Cellar Door (Album)

Cello Figaro, formerly known as Cello Kid, just dropped his new Album 'Cellar Door' earlier today.  I just finished listening to it and I really like what I hear.  His name comes from having been classically trained on the cello, but the man's got serious skills on the mic as well. Listen to "Pressure" and "I Think I'll Call It Mo(u)rning" and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Vado - Slime Flu 3 (Mixtape)

So, I’ve been closely following the latest developments of our Harlem prodigy, young Vado….especially since we’ve been covering his career from when he first came on the scene with Cam. And it looks like there are some heavyweights all vying to sign Vado to various camps. Recently, Vado tweeted and deleted a subliminal about joining DJ Khaled’s We The Best team down in South Beach, and our sources say, Khaled is still the front runner. But I’ve also heard that Drake has been looking at Vado to possibly join his new imprint at Warner Brothers, and T.I. has been in talks with Team Vado as well. Out of all three options, I think Khaled has a great track record for commitment (um…Ace Hood has how many albums already?) while Drake and 40 would bring the most diversity musically.  - Miss Info

Vado's been on a bit of a hiatus lately but according to the words above the young Harlemite is back in a big way and as a longtime fan I can only hope the rumors are true. If you have any doubts of what Vado can do check out "Large On The Streets" and it'll all make sense...Sliiime!!!!!!

Jon Connor - Fuckin Problems Freestyle

After destroying the Hov & Beans' infamous "Ignorant Shit" beat last week, The People's Rapper strikes again making A$AP Rocky's "Fuckin Problems" his latest victim.

Will Brennan - Pressure (prod. DJ Burn One)

Since signing to Steve Aoki's Dim Mak label, the Florida native moved to the ATL so it was only a matter of time before he linked up with the gatekeeper DJ Burn One. Over a one-of-a-kind backdrop from Burn One and the 5PMG gang, Will Brennan simply put kills this shit...and how bout that artwork.

The Kid Daytona - Very Good f. Phil Ade

Two of my favorite rising emcees join forces for this cut and naturally the result is very good. The DC/NY collab came to life after the two crossed paths at A3C Festival in Atlanta last year so thank you A3C!

Tef Poe - The Hero Killer (EP)

The Force and Footklan's fearless leader Tef Poe ended 2012 on a serious wave having been featured in XXL's 'The Break', The Source's legendary 'Unsigned Hype', and pretty much every music blog on the net. Despite his recent success, Poebama is starting the new year off hungrier than ever he just did a show with Talib Kweli and he's currently the champion of BET's infamous Freestyle Friday competition on 106 & Park. The St Louis native drops this 10 track EP with Trackstar The DJ to make some noise and get us ready for next project Cheer For The Villain produced entirely by DJ Burn One dropping April 1st.

Download: Tef Poe - The Hero Killer (EP)

Rockie Fresh - Electric Highway (Mixtape)

After dropping a project so good it got him signed to MMG, the release of this new tape from Chi-Town's Rockie Fresh was anticipated by fans and industry folk alike.  Electric Highway is finally here and boasts features and production from Rawse, Nipsey Hussle, Spitta, Boi1da, Lunice and more.

Download: Rockie Fresh - Electric Highway (Mixtape)

Nickelus F - Vices (Mixtape)

Out of thin air, as expected, the elusive Richmond, VA native and early Drake collaborator Nick Fury hits us with a new project because he can. Of course there's no stream available so download to enjoy.

Download: Nickelus F - Vices (Mixtape)

Uptown XO - Flowers (Video)

Uptown XO's new album Colour De Grey is set to drop January 29th via Mello Music Group.

Uptown XO continues to offer raw emotive rhymes that open windows to his world. The cold, gun toting exterior often belies the humanity behind it all. XO offers a story not unlike many with scarface dreams born of section 8, but fresh in it's minutia the way only truth can be. The disection of this textured story's cycle from evictions as a youth to the echos from the fridge; from the sales of kush in orange bubbles, to the understanding of how it employs the lawyers, the judges, the DA, and the jail workers; - all poignantly wrapped in the phrase "damn, ni&&as just didn't want to flip burgers." Earnest reflection over ill production. The sometimes morbid take on life culminates with the mantra "I got mouths to feed till they put flowers on me."

Dally Auston - Imperial f. Vic Mensa & Jean Deaux

This is the first I've heard of Dally Auston and I must say this is quite an introduction. He and one of my favorite rising artists Vic Mensa of Kids These Days both deliver stellar verses complemented by a smooth hook from songstress Jean Deaux. "Imperial" will appear on Dally's now anticipated upcoming project The Wood which is set to drop sometime this winter.

Parkway Dee & Parkway Man - Consistent (Video)

Here we have some quality "Mississippi trap shit" courtesy of the good folks at DGB. Looking forward to hearing more from these two.

Blanco Caine - Po' Up (Video)

Blanco Caine has been making a lot of noise in the Chi as of late and with his mixtape White America on the way he releases some proper NSFW visuals for the slow jam "Po' Up". Get the mp3 here.

Johnny May Cash - Where I Be At (prod. Young Chop)

This is the least aggressive Young Chop beat I've ever heard and 8TMG member Johnny May Cash knows just what to do with it. This auto-tune fueled track has serious crossover and hit potential I can see Johnny having a big 2013 with this Future-esque brand of music. Paranoid is coming soon.

Tiz - No Hobby (Mixtape)

After much anticipation and a lot of hard work, North Carolina’s own Tiz is finally ready to unleash his debut mixtape No Hobby. As the title suggests this project is Tiz’s resume for why he deserves to be a professional rapper and once you listen I think you’ll agree he presents a damn good case. We heard the audio last week, now we get some visuals from Progress and the rest of the Showoff set. Everybody really went in on this one.

SL Jones - Let'm Talk (prod. M16)

Little Rock, AR native SL Jones has been buzzing for a minute now having released two strong projects in Flight Risk and Paraphernalia, now it appears he's ready to take his career to the next level with his new EP with producer M16, Trapper's Delight. With a monstrous beat, heartfelt lyrics & a catchy hook "Let'm Talk" is definitely gonna get people excited this is a great song.

Tef Poe - Rap F##ked Up

The Force and Footklan's fearless leader Tef Poe ended 2012 on a serious wave having been featured in XXL's 'The Break', The Source's legendary 'Unsigned Hype', and pretty much every music blog on the net. Despite his recent success, Poebama is starting the new year off hungrier than ever he just did a show with Talib Kweli and he's currently the champion of BET's infamous Freestyle Friday competition on 106 & Park. "Rap F##ked Up" first surfaced last week on Killer Mike's Educated Villains podcast and will appear on Tef's upcoming EP The Hero Killer which is set to drop January 21st. The St Louis native is also working on his next project Cheer For The Villain produced entirely by DJ Burn One.

THURZ - Acura Legend (prod. THX)

THURZ has a new project Blood On The Canvas coming up and leaked this spaced out banger to let us know what we're in for...this shit goes.

Jake Knew - Transform (Video)

This is the first I've heard of Jake Knew, and I definitely want to hear more. In this diabolical, horror-flick themed music video, Knew showcases his lyrical creativity and spot-on delivery to make it clear that he is not like other rappers, and couldn't give two shits about it. But even if this track isn't your style, I think most would agree the man's got skills.

Atmosphere - It Ain't The Prettiest ft. Brother Ali, Carnage The Executioner & Haphduzn

Hey everyone, this is MadMax signing on for the first time. I'm originally from the Chicago area, lived in Atlanta for 5 years, and now I reside in Charleston, SC, AKA the Holy City. I'm excited to be here as a contributor to the Winner's Circle and to have to opportunity to share and write about something I love (hip-hop), so thanks for having me. Now let's get started...

As a Midwest native and a huge fan of Rhymesayers, it's my pleasure to shine the spotlight on some of my favorite rappers in my first post. Atmosphere, along with Brother Ali, Carnage, and Haphduzn announce their upcoming tour "Welcome to Minnesota," in devout loyalty to their home state, and drop an exclusive track to set things off.  If you've ever thought of visiting the land of 10,000 lakes, this should be an excellent excuse.

Scotty - All The Ho3$ f. Curti$ William$ (prod. DJ Burn One)

The homie Scotty decided to celebrate his birthday by treating us to another leak off his anticipated project with DJ Burn One Forever Atlanta In The Heart (F.A.I.T.H). On this one Scotty and Curti$ William$ of Atlanta hip hop group Two9 speak on why they get so much love from the ladies over some smooth production from Burn One.

Cassidy - Another One I Like (prod. Jahlil Beats)

Now this is just plain dope. Looks like Cassidy is moving on from his beef with Meek Mill as he drops this heater with Jahlil Beats providing the backdrop.

Jon Connor - Ole Connor Shit

The People's Rapper drops bars galore about life, music, society and more over Hov & Beans "Ignorant Shit" instrumental.

Joey Bada$$ - Unorthodox (prod. DJ Premier)

Brooklyn-raised Joey Bada$$ is resurrecting a golden time for us hip hop lovers. So who better to bring him through the beats than the legendary producer DJ Premier? Excited to work with this young, fresh voice in the game, Premo invited Bada$$ to his private HeadQCourterz Studio and "Unorthodox" is the result of these sessions. The track upholds Premier's signature scratches and brings us Joey's confident New York flow. Download the track right now and check out our "From The Block To The Top" video at greenlabelsound.com to watch Premo & Joey got to laying it down.

Armani White - Girlfriend

West Philadelphia phenom Armani White is back with his crystal clear, double-time flow on this uptempo jam produced by Qwon Don. He continues to annihilate every track and let's it be known that from here on out if you bring your girlfriend to the club you are in fact a bitch. Armani is poised for a breakout 2013 and we look forward to hearing a lot more where this came from.

Chuuwee - Wake Up/Live From '95 Side (Video)

Sacramento may be losing its NBA team, but no need to fear because rising rapper Chuuwee is making sure the city still has something be proud of. This time he delivers a 2-for-1 video with "Wake Up" from his latest project Wild Style and a new track "Live From '95 Side" off his upcoming Wild Style: B-Side.

Curren$y - His & Her Ferraris

The Jet Life caption has been teasing us on twitter the past few days with titles of his upcoming projects and now he makes "Diced Pineapples" way more enjoyable than Rawse, Drake & Wale's original take. "His & Her Ferraris" is set to appear on Spitta's upcoming mixtape New Jet City.

Dillon Cooper - Survival of the Fittest (Video)

19 year old Brooklyn native Dillon Cooper is another prodigious talent bringing lyricism and technique back to the forefront of New York hip hop. Dillon attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music at only 17 via the Jay-Z scholarship and in addition to rapping his ass off he also produces, sings, plays guitar and piano. Stay tuned for his debut mixtape Cozmik dropping soon on Amalgam Digital.

Trinidad James - All Gold Everything (ATL Remix) f. Young Jeezy, 2 Chainz & T.I.

Three of the biggest rappers ever to come out of the A hop on the remix to the explosive hit "All Gold Everything" from the man of the hour Trinidad James. This is the explicit version courtesy of DGB and Airplane! is the greatest movie of all time.

Yung Nate - No One Knows (Video)

Yung Nate employs an awesome chopped and screwed hook and sheds some light on his current mindset in this introspective track off his mixtape 11:04.

Rakim - Bring It On [Unreleased Version]

Unreleased Rakim from 1995...yes please! This version of "Bring It On" was recorded at High Class Studios in Brooklyn and comes from producer Dominic Owen and Sherman of UHTN.

Black Dave - Little Bit Mo f. Meech of Flatbush ZOMBiES

Harlem's own Black Dave links up with Meech and producer Shy Guy for this jam that I can't stop listening to. I hope to hear a lot more from Dave and the ZOMBiES this year.

2 New Songs From The Slaughterhouse Camp

Today is a good day for Slaughterhouse fans as both Nickel Nine and Joell Ortiz let loose new tracks. The new Royce song comes in the form of a quickstrike over the infamous "We Major" beat and Joell puts on for his native Brooklyn, NY. Both spotted at 2DBZ.

Royce Da 5'9" - Get The Dust Off

Joell Ortiz - Brooklyn In The Building

ST 2 Lettaz - Trill 2 Da Bone (Video)

ST 2 Lettaz of G-Side releases a crisp set of visuals for one of the standout tracks, fit with a great Bone Thugs sample, from his breakout solo EP R.E.B.E.L.

Vinny Cha$e - Harlem Roses f. Kid Art (Video)

Looks like A$AP Rocky better not get too comfy on the throne because there's another rising emcee by the name of Vinny Cha$e vying to be Harlem's king. Vinny's verses are impressive on all fronts and will have me searching for more music after I finish this post.

P.A.P.I. - Tadow f. French Montana, 2 Chainz & Pusha T (Video)

I have no clue why Noreaga decided to go with a name change but the veteran now known as P.A.P.I. enlists some heavy hitters for this banger. Cameos in the video from Raekwon, Busta Rhymes, Weezy, Curt@!n$, Troy Ave and many more.

Ruste Juxx - Barbarian Bars f. Punchline (Video)

Duckdown's Ruste Juxx, hailing from the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, is criminally slept on and will hopefully have the big 2013 he deserves. This track with Punchline lives up to it's title and the visuals help bring the gritty rhymes to life. Ruste's album with producer The Arcitype V.I.C. is out now.

Fred The Godson - Slow Flow (Video)

Like many of The Godson's songs this is just quotable after quotable.

Add-2 - The Eulogy (prod. J-Rell)

You knew Add-2 wasn't gonna rest on the success he had in 2012 which included his breakout project Save.Our.Souls and a co-sign from Common. To start the new year off the Chi-town native puts his abilities on full display in this "wack rapper eulogy".

Dag Savage - Twilight

Producer Exile and emcee Johaz aka Dag Savage are gearing up to release their anticipated Dag Savage EP on January 15th which can be pre-ordered now.

Knocka - For The Youngin's (Video)

What they gonna tell me i can't do next, light a cigarette under water or somethin?

Before the song even starts you know Knocka has the Harlem slick talk covered and once he starts rhyming it's a wrap. Get the mp3 here.

Big Boi - In The A f. T.I. & Ludacris (Video)

Three of the city's most accomplished and revered rappers take us on a tour of their native Atlanta and Big Boi rocks a crazy mink coat Frank Lucas style in the visuals for "In The A" off VLADR.
